Sometimes an order that we have placed on your behalf may be backordered or out of stock. If your entire order is out-of-stock, your order will be cancelled. Occasionally, part of an order may be out of stock or backordered by the store. If this is the case, we will take the action which you requested during checkout. We are not responsible for delays in your order due to backorder situations. We will update and send you a sold-out notification when the order is out of stock.

Shipments will be made when all items in your order have arrived at our depot. We do not make partial shipments.
Money will be refunded for SOLD OUT item only.
We will refund your payment to your Paypal/Credit card/bank account (depending on your payment method) within 3 working days.
It usually takes 2-5 weeks to get a partial cancellation approved by your credit card company after we send a refund request. But it's different depending on your credit card company and bank.
SeoulFashion.Me provides a service and is a separate entity from the store. As such, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once your order has been placed and we have charged your credit card.
We strive to provide an accurate price quote up-front so that you can make informed choices. All quotes are provided in USD (United States Dollars) based on the exchange rates from previous day business closing. The total provided upon checkout includes your selected products and International Shipping and Handling. You are responsible for duties and taxes (if any), payable when your order arrives in your country.

Occasionally, there are situations out of our control such as, but not limited to, out-of-stock items, product price increase, additional international shipping fees due to the size and weight of your items and local customs and import limitations. If such an exception occurs, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team. SeoulFashion.Me reserves the right to cancel any order, with or without cause. There may be additional charges involved in your transaction that your local credit card or bank will charge you, although these charges are usually minimal.
Our shipping and handling fees are combined on your order and are automatically calculated by our system depending on the total amount we spend on your behalf and how many items are in your order. Prices vary per store and per country, based on a 0.5 kg (approx. 1.1 Ibs) per item average. Shipping and Handling fees are calculated upon checkout. Your total, including shipping and handling, will be provided before you submit your order.
Be aware that each country has different customs and tax fees that may be added to your package upon reaching its destination. Please check the custom and import rules in your own country before placing order with us.
Payment options include credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Malaysia customers - We accept local bank transfer/ATM Bank-in and Paypal Only.
International customers (Outside Malaysia) - We accept Paypal, Visa/Master Credit card payment.
To minimize the risks associated with card-not-present transactions, our Verification Team may require its users to provide a confirmed account and/or address for PayPal.
Visa, Master Card, and JCB payments will be processed in your local currency. If your local currency is not supported, then payment will be processed in US Dollars. All other payment methods will be processed in US Dollars or Ringgit Malaysia (where we based at) only.

You will be held liable for return shipping (if applicable), duties and taxes (if incurred), and for all other associated fees when any of the following circumstances occur. Your package will be abandoned and you will be billed for any additional fees. Absolutely no refunds will be issued.
You refuse delivery of your parcel for any reason.
The carrier makes 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver your parcel to your address because you are not at home and/or do not pay duties and taxes.
You provided an invalid address.
Your parcel is returned by customs because your merchandise is restricted from import into your country.
You refuse to pay duties and taxes.
Orders will be dispatched within 3 -5 working days, and you will receive it within 7- 15 working days after dispatch. Please note that working days does not include holidays and weekends. But delivery times can be longer depending on your local delivery situation, customs issues or out of stock issues.
Regret to inform that we practice no return and no exchange policy except below scenarios.
We send wrong item to you.
We send item in wrong size to you.
Damaged item (subject to you have contacted us within 24 hours upon received the item, at least 2 copies of pictures need to be submitted for verification purpose. You can return your goods after we approve your request.)
Please take note on below when you want to request for return
i. Request will not be accepted unless your request is received within 2 business days of receipt of your order.
ii. Please use the original package which has the sticker with the product information and number. We won't refund without the original package.
iii. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached.
iv. Please return or exchange the goods within 3 working days after we have approved your request. Otherwise, we have the right to refuse your refund request.
v. Please send the goods you wish to refund back via POSLAJU/DHL/FEDEX/EMS to the address we assigned to you.
vi. You will be responsible for all associated shipping fees.
Please be mindful that not all products from Korean stores are Made in Korea. You may find some items are labelled with "Made in China", "Made in India" and "Made in Bangladesh". The reasons are because some of these fashion products are designed by the Republic of Korea but the production is in other countries (relatively low labour capital and so on as the place of production). Aside, in order to enrich the style and design with the clothing, there will also be a special market research and merchandising departments to travel around to source for the products or material. The final design, sales rights are owned by the South Korea fashion store/company.
This is an unavoidable world's trade trends. Commodity design, production, raw and auxiliary materials are to be purchased from other low production and labour cost countries so that they can be more competitive in the market.
SeoulFashion.Me guaranteed that all products are purchased from the Korea stores and 100% genuine. In such, we will not accept request for refund or return due to the above reasons (production location).
